By using The Waste Discord bot ("Bot") or accessing our website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

The Waste is a free-to-play Discord bot game that allows users to:

Participate in simulated gambling games (slots, blackjack, dice)
Scavenge for virtual resources and items
Battle world bosses with other players
Join factions and compete on leaderboards
Collect and upgrade virtual gear

All in-game currency and items are virtual and hold no real-world monetary value. No real money gambling is involved.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Bot
Use automation, scripts, or bots to interact with the Service
Attempt to manipulate game mechanics or leaderboards
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Sell, trade, or transfer accounts or in-game items for real money
Circumvent any bans or restrictions placed on your account

5. Virtual Currency and Items

All in-game currency (Caps, Scrap, Tokens) and items are virtual and have no real-world value. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove any virtual currency or items at any time. Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money or monetary value.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service or Discord's Terms of Service.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
